Hiring: International BPO Executive

📍 Location: Mumbai

💼 Position: International BPO Executive

🕐 Working: 5 Days | 2 Rotational Off

🎓 Qualification: HSC / Graduate

👤 Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and provide excellent customer service.
  • Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally.
  • Communicate with international customers over calls.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain call quality and achieve assigned performance targets.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Good verbal communication skills in English.
  • Confident and customer-friendly personality.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
  • Freshers with good English communication are welcome.
  • Prior International BPO experience will be an added advantage.

💰 Salary: As per experience + Incentives
