Job Description
- Key Responsibilities & RequirementsCoordinate and manage therapy session schedules between children, parents, and therapists.
- Schedule, reschedule, and track appointments while ensuring maximum therapist utilization.
- Communicate professionally with parents and therapists via phone, email, and CRM platforms.
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with US-based clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate client records, appointment details, and communication logs in CRM systems such as Bitrix24.
- Perform day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to support smooth service delivery.
- Monitor calendars, manage scheduling conflicts, and proactively resolve appointment issues.
- Possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral and professional phone manner.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
