Job Description
- Handle international customers and business leads through calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Generate and qualify leads from international markets.
- Conduct outbound/inbound sales calls and follow up with potential customers.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and terms clearly to customers.
- Build strong relationships with international clients and maintain regular communication.
- Negotiate with customers and work toward successful sales closures.
- Maintain lead, customer, and sales information accurately in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, conversion targets, and revenue goals.
- Follow international sales processes, company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
