Job Description
Key Responsibilities
ONLY APPLY GRADUATE CANDIDATE 2025 TO 2026 PASSED OUT
- Answer Calls: Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with international clients or customers.
- Resolve Issues: Listen to customer concerns and give correct, fast solutions.
- Update Records: Type and save customer details accurately in computer systems (CRM).
- Meet Targets: Reach goals for call handling time, customer happiness (CSAT), and attendance.
- Follow Guidelines: Use company scripts and standard rules (SOPs) for every call
Required Skills
- Clear English: Good spoken and written English with a neutral, easy-to-understand tone.
- Active Listening: Ability to understand different global accents.
- Problem Solving: Good thinking skills to fix customer proble
