Inventory Manager

Rajesh Digital and Datacom Pvt Ltd, a leading ISP and Cable TV service provider, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Manager. The Stock Manager will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring that stock is organized, and maintaining accurate records of all inventory transactions. This role is critical in supporting our operations by ensuring that all equipment, tools, and supplies necessary for the installation and maintenance of our services are readily available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Maintain and monitor stock levels to ensure that the necessary materials and equipment for service operations are always available.
• Stock Coordination: Coordinate with the purchasing department to reorder supplies and equipment as needed to avoid stockouts.
• Receiving and Inspection: Oversee the receiving of stock, ensuring that all items are inspected for quality and quantity before they are entered into inventory.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all stock movements, including receipts, dispatches, and adjustments in inventory management systems.
• Stock Audits: Conduct regular stock audits to reconcile physical stock with inventory records, identify discrepancies, and investigate any variances.
• Warehouse Organization: Ensure that stock is stored in an organized manner and in appropriate conditions to prevent damage or loss.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the installation, maintenance, and customer service teams to understand stock requirements and anticipate future needs.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on stock levels, inventory movements, and any issues related to stock management.
• Cost Control: Monitor stock-related costs and work to optimize inventory levels to minimize wastage and overstocking.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to inventory management.
