Experience: 2–4 Years in Inventory / Warehouse Operations

About the RoleWe are looking for an Inventory Lead who can manage day-to-day inventory activities and ensure accurate stock movement, storage and records across the warehouse.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily inventory operations and ensure accurate stock availability.
• Monitor inward, put-away, picking, racking and stock movement activities.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and cycle counts.
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages and excess inventory.
• Maintain proper inventory records and update system entries.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations and other teams for smooth stock movement.
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices and organized storage of products.
• Track damaged, expired, misplaced and blocked inventory.
• Support stock audits and reconciliation.
• Guide and supervise inventory team members to ensure daily tasks are completed on time.
• Prepare and share daily inventory-related reports with the reporting manager.
• Ensure warehouse processes are followed as per company SOPs.
• What We’re Looking For2–4 years of experience in Inventory / Warehouse Operations.
• Good understanding of stock management and warehouse processes.
• Comfortable working on Excel / inventory management systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Ability to manage a team and handle day-to-day operational requirements.
• Experience in e-commerce, pharma, FMCG or logistics warehouse will be preferred.
