Job Description
Square Yards is hiring experienced and target-driven professionals for Investment Manager / Portfolio Manager positions in its real estate sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle prospective clients interested in residential and commercial real estate investments.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets, and investment goals.
- Recommend suitable properties and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Arrange client meetings and property site visits.
- Manage leads, follow up with prospects, negotiate, and close deals.
- Build strong customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
Required Skills:
- Prior experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and closing abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset and willingness to work in field sales.
- Knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market is an advantage.
