Junior Interior Designer

Role Overview :

The Junior Interior Designer will support the design team in conceptualizing, planning, and executing interior design projects. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their career who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience across all phases of a project. Key Responsibilities Design Concept & Layout Development Assist in creating innovative and functional design concepts based on client requirements. Develop space planning layouts ensuring optimal use of space and functionality. Prepare initial sketches, mood boards, and concept presentations. Site Inspection & Measurement

• Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and existing conditions

• Take accurate measurements of spaces, including dimensions, levels, and structural elements

• Record site observations such as lighting, ventilation, and layout constraints

• Prepare measurement sheets and basic site reports. 2D Drawings & 3D Design Development

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and floor plans using design software

• Develop basic 3D models and visualizations

• Ensure accuracy of drawings as per site measurements and requirements

• Revise designs based on feedback from clients or senior designers

• Maintain proper documentation of design files. Site Inspection & Measurement

• Coordinate with contractors and report challenges to senior designers. Project Coordination & Support

• Assist in coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and contractors

• Support in execution of design projects within timelines

• Follow up on project progress and updates

• Ensure design implementation matches approved plans.
