Junior Technical Design Engineer

We are looking for someone who is technically strong, detail-oriented, and passionate about luxury design and bespoke manufacturing.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand a design concept and convert it into a detailed, practical, and production-ready technical solution.

Experience in luxury retail, high-end residential, yacht interiors, bespoke furniture, or similar premium projects will be an added advantage.

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings for luxury retail stores and commercial interior projects.
• Develop detailed designs for retail fixtures, display units, counters, cabinets, wall units, shelving, and bespoke furniture.
• Convert design concepts into accurate and practical production-ready drawings.
• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, plans, elevations, sections, details, and assembly drawings.
• Create and modify 3D models and technical designs using SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor.
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Understand construction methods, fabrication techniques, assembly requirements, and installation procedures.
• Select and specify suitable materials, finishes, hardware, fittings, and accessories for retail projects.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Assist in resolving technical and design-related issues during manufacturing and installation.
• Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to ensure designs are practical and achievable.
• Make necessary revisions to drawings based on site conditions, production requirements, and client/design-team feedback.
