Job Description

  • Assist the cook in daily kitchen operations.
  • Cutting, chopping, cleaning and basic food preparation.
  • Help with marination and preparation of chicken items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen.
  • Wash utensils and keep work areas clean.
  • Assist in receiving and storing ingredients.
  • Help with packing takeaway and delivery orders.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Support the cook during busy hours.
  • Perform other kitchen duties as required.
