Job Description

Hamein apni kitchen team ke liye ek energetic aur hardworking Kitchen Staff / Helper ki zaroorat hai. Aapka main kaam Head Chef aur dusre cooks ko food preparation mein madad karna aur kitchen ko bilkul saaf aur hygiene rakhna hoga. [1, 2]




Main Duties & Responsibilities (Kaam aur Zimmedariyan)

1. Food Preparation (Khana Taiyar Karna)

  • Sabzi aur Fruit Cut Karna: Sabziyon aur phalon ko dhona, chheelna (peel) aur sahi tareeqe se kaatna.
  • Mise-en-place: Chef ke khana banane se pehle saare masale, ingredients aur catering ka samaan ready rakhna.
  • Basic Cooking Support: Zarurat padne par basic cheezein jaise sauces prepare karna ya fryers/ovens handle karna. [1, 2, 3, 4]

2. Kitchen Cleaning & Hygiene (Safai Ka Dhayan Rakhna)

  • Dishwashing: Saare bartan, pots, pans aur kitchen utensils ko achhe se saaf aur sanitize karna.
  • Station Cleaning: Apni work area, cutting boards aur counters ko har waqt saaf rakhna taaki cross-contamination na ho.
  • Deep Cleaning: Kitchen ke floors par jhadu-pocha (sweeping & mopping) karna aur trash cans ko regularly khali karna. [1, 2, 3, 4]
