Job Description
Agreement Drafting: Prepare and customize Agreements for Sale, Sale Deeds, and Construction Agreements specifically for plots and standalone villas.
Contract Review: Review customer-facing documents, joint development agreements, and title deed history to ensure legal clarity.
Compliance Management: Ensure all plot and villa documentation aligns strictly with RERA regulations, local municipal bylaws, and state registration laws.
Customer Interfacing: Explain legal clauses, payment schedules, and possession terms clearly to high-net-worth (HNW) villa buyers and plot investors.
Registration Support: Coordinate with liaison teams, brokers, and sub-registrar offices to facilitate smooth property registrations and stamp duty processing.
