Job Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically inclined candidate to assist with the day-to-day setup, handling, and basic operation of lighting and sound equipment.

The candidate should have basic laptop/computer knowledge. Basic knowledge of video editing will be an added advantage.

The selected candidate will receive practical training in professional lighting operations, including DMX, lighting consoles, lighting fixtures, and basic technical setups. Based on their learning and performance, the candidate will gradually be given responsibilities related to lighting operation and other technical work.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the setup, handling, and maintenance of lighting and sound equipment.
• Safely handle, organize, and transport technical equipment.
• Develop a basic understanding of DMX and professional lighting equipment.
• Assist lighting operators and the technical team during setups and operations.
• Perform basic computer/laptop-related technical tasks.
• Perform basic video editing and manage video files.
• Assist the technical team during shoots, events, and production work.
• Learn and practically implement new technical skills.
• Develop basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance skills.
• Candidate ProfileBasic computer/laptop knowledge is required.
• Basic video editing skills are preferred.
• Genuine interest in the Lighting & Sound industry.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new technical skills.
• Comfortable working in practical, on-site, and production environments.
• Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and willing to take initiative.
• Strong interest in continuously improving technical knowledge.
