Loan Officer

Job Title: Relationship Officer – Loan Sales

Department: Sales

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers through field sales and direct market visits.
• Promote and sell loan products such as MSME, LAP, Housing Loan and other secured loans.
• Source business through direct selling, referrals, connectors and local market activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and assist them throughout the loan process.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification and loan processing.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in loan sales.
• Experience in MSME Loan / LAP / Housing Loan / Mortgage Loan / Secured Loan preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.
• Candidates with direct market sourcing/DST experience will be preferred.

Not Suitable: Freshers, Personal Loan, Credit Card, Unsecured Loan-only profiles.

Salary & Benefits: As per experience and last CTC + Fuel Allowance + Mediclaim + Term Insurance.
