Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 / month (Based on experience)

Job Overview:
We are a premier logistics and transport service provider looking for result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our expanding teams in Andheri and Pune. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying new customer streams and managing client relationships in the logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct daily field visits to target businesses, manufacturers, and corporate clients requiring transport services.
* Pitch tailored logistics, supply chain, and freight solutions to clients.
* Secure new orders, negotiate pricing contracts, and hit monthly sales targets.
* Maintain clean records of customer visits and pipelines.

Eligibility Criteria:
*
* Experience: 2 to 3 years of mandatory experience in Field Sales (experience in logistics, courier, FMCG, or B2B sales is highly preferred).
* Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and persuasive selling skills.
* Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for regular field tracking.
