🎧 Role: Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller – Physician Billing
📅 Shift: Rotational Shifts
We are actively looking for experienced AR Callers to join our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. If you have a strong background in physician billing and denial management, we want to hear from you! 👇
📋 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of AR Physician Calling experience in Healthcare RCM.
- Education: Undergraduates or Graduates are eligible to apply.
🧠 KEY SKILLS & EXPERTISE:
- RCM Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance claims, denials, appeals, and reimbursement processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and the CMS-1500 claim form.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle high call volumes in a voice process.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to effectively resolve claims.
