Job Description
Job SummaryThe MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, analyzing, maintaining, and presenting business data to support decision-making. The role involves preparing reports, managing databases, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from various departments.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Generate reports using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Charts, Macros if required).
- Coordinate with different departments to gather and reconcile data.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.
- Support business operations with timely and accurate information.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve reporting issues.
- Maintain documentation of reports and MIS processes.
