Job Description
Company: ACE Shipbrokers
Location: IJMIMA Complex, Malad West, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday–Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Salary: ₹20,000–30,000/month, based on skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage Excel databases, vessel positions, cargo listings and business records.
- Collect, combine and consolidate multiple reports into one master report.
- Manage daily email circulation, contact lists and business information.
- Extract and organise data from Outlook emails, PDFs, Excel files and websites.
- Use ChatGPT and AI tools to simplify reporting, research and repetitive tasks.
- Develop automated Excel reports, dashboards and searchable databases.
- Support the team with accurate, timely information and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Advanced Excel: XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, Power Query and data cleaning.
- Good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and internet research.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, AI tools and automation.
- Strong analytical thinking, accuracy and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently organise large volumes of data.
Shipping industry experience is NOT required. Training will be provided.
Age and gender are not selection criteria. Freshers with excellent practical skills may also apply.
