Job Overview 

We are looking for a talented, multi-faceted Video Editor, Videographer, Photographer to enhance our post-production quality. The ideal candidate is a skilled visual storyteller proficient in handling camera equipment, editing software-edge AI-driven creative tools. 

As a key member of our team, you will capture high-quality photo and video assets and edit compelling content for digital publishing channels, with a preference for spoken Marathi as and when needed. 

Note: Field visits are based on organizational requirements. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Video Editing & Post-Production 

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content tailored for social media, marketing campaigns, YouTube, and Organizational communication. 
• Edit Podcast, and short film. 
• Perform color grading, motion graphics insertion, text overlays, and subtitle creation. 
•  Maintain organized post-production workflows, asset management, and archiving. 

2. AI Tool Integration & AI-Assisted Workflows 

• Utilize generative AI tools for video, audio, and photo enhancing (e.g., AI voice cleanup, generative fill, AI-driven video and image generation, automated captions, upscaling). 
•  Stay up to date with emerging AI multimedia technologies to optimize post-production turnaround times and creative quality. 
• Have good proficiency in image and video generative ai tools such as Adobe Firefly, Google Flow, Sora, Open Ai, etc. 
• Experience in Ai voice generation platforms like Eleven Labs. 
• Have experience working with 2d animated contents. 

3. Videography & Photography 

• Plan, set up, and operate professional camera gear, lighting equipment, and audio capture systems for indoor, outdoor, and event shoots. 
• Direct subjects on set, ensuring a comfortable environment and natural performances (conducted in Marathi, Hindi or English as required). 

5. Language & Localization 

• Communicate seamlessly in Marathi with local people, clients, and team members during field shoots and interviews. 
• Manage Marathi voiceover recording, audio synchronization, and accurate Marathi subtitling/captions. 

Required Qualifications & Skills 

• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in camera operation, studio/field lighting, digital photography, and non-linear video editing. 
• Software Proficiency: Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, After effects. 
• Photography & Graphics: Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator. 
• AI Tools: Proficiency with AI multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Eleven Labs, Google Flow, Midjourney, or Runaway ML). 
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio/showcase demonstrating video production, photography, Ai content, and editing capabilities.
