Job OverviewWe are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and punctual Office Boy / Peon to support our daily workplace operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, managing pantry duties, handling errands, assisting staff with administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office activities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPantry & Hospitality: Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff, management, and visiting guests or clients.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep office spaces, meeting rooms, workstations, and pantry clean, tidy, and organized throughout the day.
- Errands & Deliveries: Handle local outdoor tasks such as bank work, document pick-up and delivery, purchasing office supplies, and postal tasks.
- Document Management: Assist in filing, printing, photocopying, scanning, and distributing internal mail or memos.
