Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day operational activities related to credit card processing and servicing.

Maintain and analyze MIS reports using MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Charts, etc.).

Track applications, approvals, rejections, and pending cases accurately.

Coordinate with sales, underwriting, and backend teams to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure timely resolution of discrepancies and operational issues.

Maintain data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management review.

Support audit requirements and ensure proper documentation.

Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
