Operation Executive

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Executive to manage day-to-day transportation operations, coordinate with drivers and clients, monitor trips, and ensure smooth and timely service delivery.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong coordination abilities, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple operational activities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and monitor daily transportation operations and trip schedules.

● Coordinate with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal teams.

● Allocate vehicles and drivers based on daily requirements.

● Track vehicle movement, trip status, reporting, and completion.

● Ensure drivers report on time and follow assigned schedules.

● Handle last-minute changes, delays, cancellations, and operational issues.

● Maintain daily trip sheets, attendance, vehicle records, and operational reports.

● Verify trip details, duty hours, kilometres, and other operational data.

● Coordinate vehicle replacement in case of breakdowns or emergencies.

● Maintain proper communication with clients regarding trip status and service issues.

● Follow up on pending operational requirements and ensure timely closure.

● Monitor driver performance, punctuality, behaviour, and compliance.

● Coordinate with the maintenance team for vehicle servicing and repairs.

● Prepare daily/weekly operations reports for management.

● Ensure company SOPs, safety standards, and client requirements are followed.

● Support the Operations Manager in improving efficiency and reducing operational issues.

Required Skills

● Excellent communication and coordination skills.

● Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

● Ability to work with operational data and prepare reports.

● Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

● Ability to handle pressure and urgent situations.

● Good time-management and multitasking skills.

● Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.

● Comfortable communicating with drivers and customers.

● Basic knowledge of transportation/fleet operations is an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

Education: Any Graduate / Diploma
Experience: 1–3 years in operations, transportation, fleet management, logistics, or a related field.

Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also be considered.

Working Requirements

● Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays when required.

● Ability to handle operational calls and coordinate during emergencies.

● Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
