Operation Manager

Role Summary:-

The Operation Manager coordinate for Making Computers in Assembly line and ready delivery of the ready goods. The Operations Manager oversees day-to-day production, assembly line workflows, workforce allocation, and operational efficiency across the computer manufacturing facility. This role drives end-to-end execution, box-build assembly to system integration, flashing/imaging, testing, and pack-out. The primary goal is delivering high-yield, on-time output while maintaining rigorous ESD/safety standards and optimizing unit cost.

• Key Responsibilities includes Production & Line Management Direct day-to-day operations in assembly unit.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Materials Management to prevent component shortages (CPUs, GPUs, memory, PCBs, power supplies) and minimize work-in-progress (WIP) aging.
• Maintain Quality, Compliance standards
• Operational Excellence & Cost ControlDefine, track, and report on core manufacturing metrics: Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), build-to-schedule attainment, labor efficiency, scrap rate, and tact time.
• Manage operational budgets, overtime expenditures, tooling maintenance costs, and capital expenditure (CapEx) proposals for automated line upgrades.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to eliminate waste, streamline rework loops, and reduce per-unit manufacturing costs.
• To make it sure that the material reaches the customer well within the delivery timelines.
• Internal and external co-ordination.
