Operations & Management Executive

Mi Casa Su Casa manages multiple Airbnb and MMT-listed properties in Mumbai. We are looking for a responsible Operations & Property Management Executive who will handle both online coordination and on-ground operations.

This is a field + office role and not work from home.

Key Responsibilities:On-Ground / Offline Work:

• Visit properties for regular inspections
• Ensure all facilities (electricity, water, WiFi, AC, etc.) are working properly
• Manage and coordinate housekeeping and other staff
• Handle guest issues on priority and resolve them quickly
• Coordinate with vendors such as electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.
• Ensure properties are guest-ready at all times

Online / Coordination Work:

• Coordinate with the guest communication team
• Share updates on property readiness and issues
• Assist in resolving guest complaints efficiently
• Requirements:Must be based in Mumbai
• Willing to travel between properties
• Good communication skills (Hindi required, English basic)
• Able to handle pressure and solve problems quickly
• Prior experience in hospitality, operations, or facility management preferred
• Two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory)
