## 📝 Job Brief

We are looking for a highly energetic, target-driven Field Marketing Executive to pitch and secure Workplace Eye-Testing Programs. You will directly approach and build relationships with HR Heads, Admin Heads, and Corporate Wellness Teams to organize employee eye-care initiatives.

## 🎯 Key Responsibilities

* Corporate Sales & Pitching: Secure permission to conduct Precision Eye Test Programs at corporate offices, factories, schools, and large institutions.

* B2B Client Acquisition: Meet a minimum of 4 HR/Admin decision-makers daily through prior appointments, LinkedIn, or direct field walk-ins.

* Program Management: Coordinate dates, expected employee count, and spatial/electrical setups with client organizations and our operations team.

* Relationship Building: Manage end-to-end follow-ups to convert one-time programs into long-term annual corporate relationships.

## 👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

* Education: Graduate in Marketing, Management, Commerce, or related fields.

* Experience: 1–5 years in Field Sales, Corporate B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, or Healthcare/Insurance Marketing.

* Skills: Strong communication, professional etiquette, and the confidence to cold-approach senior corporate professionals.

* Languages: Good spoken English. Knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is highly preferred.

* Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
