Outdoor Clerk - Govt Office & Bank Work

Shah Associates manages a large portfolio of commercial and residential properties in South Mumbai. We need an experienced Outdoor Clerk who speaks fluent Marathi and knows his way around government offices and banks. Most of the day is on the field, getting work done. Reports to the owner at our Blackie House office, Fort.

Work:

• Visit government offices (BMC, Collector, Sub-Registrar, MIDC, revenue offices) to submit, follow up and collect documents

• Handle bank work: submitting documents, KYC, getting forms and letters processed

• Carry, deliver and collect legal documents (lawyers, courts, registry offices)

• Track the status of pending files and update the office every day

• Keep documents organised and handle any other field work as required

Who we want:

• Fluent Marathi (must) and Hindi. Basic English reading is helpful

• Has done government office, court, bank or documentation field work before

• A hustler: confident talking to officials, follows up until the work is done

• Comfortable using a smartphone (WhatsApp, photos of documents)

Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM (mostly on the field)

Salary: Rs 13,000 to 17,000 per month
