Packing Operator

Job ObjectiveTo ensure accurate, hygienic, and efficient packing of FabBox products while maintaining quality standards and preparing finished goods for timely dispatch.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPack snacks and food products as per the required SKU, quantity, and packaging specifications.
• Operate and handle basic packaging equipment safely.
• Ensure correct filling, sealing, labelling, coding, and batch details on every pack.
• Check packaging material for defects, damage, or incorrect printing before use.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the packaging area as per food-safety standards.
• Perform basic quality checks on packed products, including weight, seal quality, appearance, and quantity.
• Segregate rejected or damaged products and report issues immediately to the supervisor.
• Count and arrange finished goods SKU-wise for dispatch.
• Maintain proper stock and usage of packaging materials.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
• Support loading, unloading, and movement of finished goods when required.
• Maintain daily production/packing records and report completed quantities.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure orders are packed on time.
• Required SkillsBasic understanding of packing and handling processes.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic counting and record-keeping skills.

• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Prior experience in food/FMCG packaging will be an advantage.

Experience: 0–2 years preferred; freshers can also apply.
