Job Locations: Dadar, Bhandup, Powai & Chembur, Mumbai
Job Type: Part-Time
Salary: ₹20,000 per month + ₹150 per personally completed delivery route
Working Hours: 3:30 AM – 7:00 AM + 1:00 PM online meeting
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Last-Mile Logistics Manager to manage daily delivery operations across four hubs, supervise delivery teams, and ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Key Responsibilities
- manager daily operations across 4 delivery hubs.
- Supervise hub supervisors and delivery staff.
- Ensure timely deliveries and minimize customer complaints.
- Recruit and onboard delivery personnel as required.
- Monitor delivery performance and resolve operational issues.
- Personally complete delivery routes whenever required.
- Attend the daily online meeting at 1:00 PM.
- Requirements
- Mandatory: Previous experience in last-mile delivery operations.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hubs and delivery teams.
- Must own a two-wheeler or a suitable vehicle.
- Willingness to handle deliveries when required.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
