Job Description:
De Blaze Media is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns that drive leads, conversions, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, ROI, ROAS, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key marketing metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages.
- Analyze data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with creative and sales teams to improve campaign results.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
