Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and networking. Conduct product presentations and explain the features, benefits, and terms of Personal loan offerings. Assess the financial needs and eligibility of customers to recommend suitable products. Process applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs as set by the bank. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with cardholder concerns. Collaborate with team members and sales managers to strategize and implement effective sales campaigns. Stay compliant with all relevant regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
