Job Description
Role: Pharmacist Customer Support || Health Advisor
Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Do:
• Connect with patients and provide guidance on prescribed medicines
• Understand patient cases and explain medication usage clearly
• Suggest doctor-approved, cost-effective medicine alternatives
• Educate patients on health, diet, and lifestyle basics
• Build trust and ensure a positive patient experience
Job Details:
• Working Hours: 9 hours/day | 6 days/week (Rotational Week-off)
• Shift Timings: Morning: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Salary: ₹22,200 (in-hand)
• Incentives: Performance-based rewards
• Shift Allowance: ₹1,500/month (afternoon shift)
