We are hiring for the role of **Pharmacist - Lead Generation** at Truemeds.
*Salary & Benefits:*
• *CTC:* ₹22,000/month
• *In-Hand:* ₹18,200/month
• *Joining Bonus:* ₹5,000 (paid with the 2nd month's salary)
• *Afternoon Shift Allowance:* ₹1,500/month
• *Performance Linked Incentives (PLI):* Based on targets and performance
🕐 *Work Schedule:*
• 6 working days/week
• *Shift:* 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
📍 *Location:*
6th Floor, Urmi Corporate Park, Saki Vihar Road, Opp. Gate No. 5, L&T Flyover, Powai, Mumbai

*Key Responsibilities:*
• Initiate conversation with potential customers over the phone
• Engage customers by asking relevant questions and understanding their needs
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction details
• Stay updated on products and communicate new offerings to customers

• Ability to engage customers in conversation
