Job Description
Pick products from the warehouse according to customer orders.
Verify product name, SKU, quantity, size/variant, and condition before packing.
Ensure the correct product is packed against each order.
Pack products securely according to company standards.
Apply shipping labels and other required labels correctly.
Sort packed orders according to courier/dispatch requirements.
Perform quality checks before handing orders over for dispatch.
Handle products carefully to avoid damage, leakage, or breakage.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse.
Return unused packaging material and products to their designated locations.
Assist with stock counting and inventory checks when required.
Report damaged, missing, expired, or incorrect products immediately to the supervisor.
Follow company procedures for order processing, packing, and dispatch.
Meet daily order-processing targets while maintaining accuracy.
