Job Description

Select products: Pick items from warehouse shelves and storage locations using order slips, pick lists, or electronic handheld scanners.

Inspect items: Check goods for damage, defects, or missing parts before packing.

Pack orders: Choose correct boxes, crates, or containers and use protective materials like bubble wrap or packing paper to prevent breakage.

Label shipments: Seal packages securely and apply accurate shipping labels, barcodes, and invoices.

Manage inventory: Track stock levels, update inventory records via software, restock shelves, and report shortages.

Operate equipment: Use tools and machinery such as handheld scanners, tape guns, pallet jacks, or forklifts.

Maintain safety: Keep workspaces clean and follow health and safety guidelines.
