Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Develop baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Identify project delays and recommend recovery plans.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Contractors.
- Perform critical path analysis and resource planning.
- Track productivity, material availability, and project performance.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and project status presentations.
- Support billing, project forecasting, and cost control activities.
- Ensure timely completion of project deliverables in line with contractual requirements.
