Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Executive to manage our purchase and vendor operations. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talk to vendors directly, get quotations, and negotiate pricing/payment terms
  • Raise and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO) till delivery
  • Maintain complete inventory records — stock in, stock out, reorder levels
  • Match invoices with POs and delivery challans
  • Coordinate with site teams for material requirements
  • Build and maintain a reliable vendor database
