Production

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Supervisor / Production Manager to join our printing production team.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Offset and/or Flexographic Printing, with the ability to manage production operations, manpower, quality, productivity, and delivery schedules efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, supervise, and manage daily printing production activities.
• Handle Offset and Flexographic printing operations and ensure smooth production flow.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Manage and allocate manpower effectively across production activities.
• Monitor machine performance, production efficiency, and downtime.
• Maintain required quality standards throughout the production process.
• Minimize material wastage, rejections, and production losses.
• Coordinate with Pre-Press, Quality Control, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
• Troubleshoot production and printing-related issues.
• Ensure timely completion of customer orders as per production schedules.
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and records.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff and machine operators.
• Required Experience & Skills[5-10] years of experience in the printing industry.
• Strong practical experience in Offset and/or Flexographic Printing.
• Experience in production planning and team management.
• Good understanding of printing processes, quality control, and production parameters.
• Ability to control wastage and improve production efficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under production targets and deadlines.
• Candidates with experience in packaging, labels, commercial printing, or flexible packaging will be preferred.
