**Job Title: Purchase Executive**

**Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Purchase Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for overseeing purchasing activities, contract management, and vendor sourcing practices. The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience as a Purchasing Officer and possess a Bachelor's degree.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Manage the procurement process from sourcing vendors to negotiating contracts.

2. Conduct research to identify potential vendors and evaluate their products and services.

3. Forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

4. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effective purchases.

5. Monitor inventory levels and optimize purchasing strategies to minimize costs.

6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

1. Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer or similar role.

2. Strong knowledge of contract management and vendor sourcing practices.

3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

5. Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software.

6. Bachelor's degree in B.Tech Electronics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
