Job Description
We are hiring a Real Estate Sales Executive for our office. You will handle clients, share property listings, do site visits, attend meetings, and manage paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Talk to clients and understand their property needs
- Share listings with photos and details on WhatsApp/email
- Take clients for property visits
- Attend meetings and assist senior staff
- Handle paperwork — agreements, KYC, follow-ups
- Operate Aashiana Bot (our internal property tool)
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Fluent in PC/computer use — mandatory
- Own two-wheeler + valid driving license — mandatory
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, and email
- Real estate experience preferred but not required
Interview Process
- Shortlisted candidates will appear for a computer & communication proficiency test
- Selected candidates will undergo a 30-day probation period before confirmation
