Position: Real Estate Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai

About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in real estate sales, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Manage end-to-end sales operations, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, clients, and developers.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
  • Ensure timely follow-up of leads and maintain high conversion ratios.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and generate quality leads.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of customer service.


Required Skills & Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 4–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a team management role.
  • Strong understanding of the Mumbai real estate market.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
