Job Description

Company: Gud Medicare Solution Pvt Ltd

Location: Lilavati Hospital, Bandra West, Mumbai (Must live nearby)

Salary: ₹10,000-15,000 per month (Fixed)

Experience: 0 to 1 Year (Freshers can apply)

Education: 12th Pass or Undergraduates



Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities):

  • Welcome and guide patients and their families politely.
  • Collect patient documents like prescriptions, ID proofs, and test reports, and scan them accurately into the system.
  • Coordinate smoothly with the hospital's floor staff, nurses, and doctors to ensure patients are attended to on time.

Who Can Apply? (Requirements):

  • You must live near Bandra West, Mumbai to easily travel to the hospital.
  • Must speak fluent Hindi and Marathi. Basic understanding of English is required to read medical documents.
  • Must have a neat, professional, and presentable personality as this is a front-facing hospital role.
  • Good communication skills and a helpful attitude toward patients.
