Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Front Desk & Patient Care
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Register new patients and update existing patient records.
- Explain clinic procedures, services, and basic billing information.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Appointment & Scheduling
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
- Send appointment reminders via phone, SMS, or email.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate patient files and medical records.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage basic billing.
- Handle insurance claims, referrals, and documentation (if applicable).
- Maintain daily attendance and appointment logs.
- Order and manage front-desk supplies.
Clinic Coordination
- Communicate patient needs and updates to physiotherapists.
- Assist with managing patient flow and waiting areas.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
