We are looking for a friendly, responsible and energetic Receptionist to join our backpacker hostel team.

Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Location: Nap Manor Hostels, Santacruz East, Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle guest check-ins, check-outs and reservations.
• Manage bookings through Cloudbeds and OTA platforms.
• Welcome guests, assist with queries and ensure a great hostel experience.
• Handle payments, billing and daily cash records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms and beds are ready.
• Manage guest requests, complaints and daily reception operations.
• Maintain guest records, IDs and required documentation.
• Encourage guest interaction and maintain a friendly backpacker atmosphere.
• Promote hostel services and additional facilities.
• Ensure smooth handover to the night-shift team.
• RequirementsGood communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Friendly, presentable and comfortable interacting with international travellers.
• Basic computer skills; Cloudbeds or hotel PMS experience is a plus.
• Responsible, punctual and able to multitask.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred, but freshers willing to learn are welcome.
