Relationship Manager – Job Description

We are looking for a Relationship Manager with minimum 1 year of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Handle client queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business development
• Follow up with clients regularly for feedback and service improvement
• Maintain records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Relationship Manager or in a similar role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
