- Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for Home Loan and related mortgage products through open-market activities, referrals, builders, brokers, DSAs, and channel partners.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their financial and home-buying requirements.
- Explain home loan products, eligibility, interest rates, tenure, documentation, and processing requirements.
- Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings for lead generation and business development.
- Collect and verify required customer documents and coordinate for file login.
- Follow up with customers and internal teams throughout the loan process, from sourcing to sanction and disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, brokers, DSAs, and other channel partners.
- Handle customer queries and objections and provide suitable loan solutions.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales, login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and customer records.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC requirements, and applicable processes.
Minimum 6 month experience in Home Loan.
Salary upto 3.90 LPA
