Retail Sales Associate — Hakimi, Bhendi Bazar, Mumbai

We are hiring for our showroom floor. This is a store-based role. No field work, no cold calling.

About the role

You will be the person our customers meet. You will greet them, understand what they are looking for, guide them through the range, and close the sale. You will also keep the floor in order: display, stock, and billing.

The energy we are looking for

We can teach the product. We cannot teach the following, so please read this part carefully.

• You move toward people. When a customer walks in, you are already on your way to them.
• You are warm before you are persuasive. The twenty minutes a customer spends with you should be enjoyable whether or not they buy.
• You have stamina. The fifteenth customer of the day gets the same version of you as the first.
• You stay composed. Someone browses for forty minutes and walks out empty-handed, and you thank them just as warmly. No sighing, no pressure.
• You find your own work. During a quiet hour you are straightening the display, not waiting to be told.

Requirements

• Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi and English. All three are essential.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Experience in retail, beauty, jewellery or other premium retail is preferred. Strong communicators without direct experience will be considered.

What we offer

₹16000-20000 per month fixed, plus annual bonuses on sales. [Six]-day week, Daily 8-9 hours shift. Full product training provided.
