**Key Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate with the sales team and clients.

- Handle customer inquiries and follow up with potential clients.

- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other documentation.

- Maintain customer records and update sales data.

- Track orders, payments, and sales activities.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service.

- Support the sales team in achieving targets.

**Requirements:**

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
