Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller / Sales Executive for a full-time, in-office calling role in Goregaon West, Mumbai. This is a performance-driven position for someone who is confident on calls, takes ownership of leads, and is committed to converting prospects through regular follow-up and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain products and services clearly and confidently over calls
• Take complete ownership of each lead from first contact to final conversion
• Maintain and regularly update sheets and CRM with lead details, call status, and next follow-up date
• Ensure every lead is followed up on time and not dropped at any stage
• Coordinate daily with different branches to get updates on leads, follow-ups, and closures
• Share daily call reports, follow-up status, and CRM/sheet updates with the team

Requirements

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Marathi speaking is mandatory
• Hindi and English speaking will be an added advantage
• Comfortable with full-day calling-based work
• Good at handling objections and talking to people on the phone
• Responsible mindset with strong ownership towards targets and leads
• Punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn
