About the JobWe are hiring enthusiastic, customer-oriented and well-presented candidates for the position of Salesperson at a premium retail store in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude and an interest in sales and customer service.

Freshers with a willingness to learn and experienced candidates with retail sales or counter sales experience are welcome to apply.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and assist them with their shopping requirements.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, quality, pricing and offers.
• Maintain attractive product displays and proper store presentation.
• Build positive customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Support daily sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain product stock, shelf arrangement and store cleanliness.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

• Previous experience in retail sales, counter sales, showroom sales or customer service is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
