Job Description

  • Parent Counselling & Course RecommendationConduct meaningful conversations with parents rather than simply "selling a course".
  • Understand the parent's expectations and child's requirements.
  • Recommend the most suitable Kids Inteligence program based on the child's needs.
  • Handle parent questions, concerns and objections professionally.
  • Build trust and create a positive parent experience.
  • Sell online courses and programs through phone, WhatsApp and online consultations.
  • Conduct online counselling/enquiry calls when required.
  • Explain the course structure, learning outcomes, batch details and enrolment process.
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Welcome and handle parents visiting Kids Inteligence centres.
  • Understand their requirements and guide them towards appropriate programs.
  • Coordinate trial/interactive sessions, counselling sessions and admissions.
  • Follow up with walk-in enquiries until conversion.
